Child developmental milestones from 18 months to 8 years. Older milestones will be added as they are ready. These are the child developmental milestones as found at The Observant Mom website but now in calendar form! Parenting Tips now added!
These milestones are the notorious “stages” or “phases” that children go through. These are those times when children “act up,” but it’s because new skills are emerging. This work documents both what the irritating behavior is and what the new skills are. Simply enter your child’s due date into the app, and a calendar is generated with their expected developmental milestones. Simply click on any colored date and get instant information about your child! Add as many children as you want. Add as many children as you want.

Spot on & immensely helpful information on age-related developmental milestones for your growing child. I am so thankful I found this content to continue after wonderweeks/leaps left me hanging high & dry at 2yo. THANK YOU AMBER! You are every parents hero! Keep going!
TO A TEE
I absolutely love all of her work. This app is extremely useful and helpful (especially during those intense periods). I’ve had this app for a while and Everything about the milestones for the age of the child is extremely accurate! I recommend to all my mama friends!
Best app ever!
I am so thankful for this app! The timing of my child's calmer times and more intense/difficult times are SO accurate. Like eerily accurate. It’s very useful. It helps me respond more compassionately when I remember that she's having a hard time because her brain is working on big developmental leaps. I seriously schedule things like photoshoots or trips for times when she'll be in a more sunny/easy period! The insight that this research provides into what skills my child is working on are fascinating! I'm so grateful for the work put into it and recommend it to all the moms I know!
Insightful
I have found the developmental tracking to be very helpful in raising my youngest son. I appreciate the work the creator has put into this.
So many glitches already
I have a 2.5 year old and am due with my second in less than 30 days. I wanted an app where I could check up on both children. This was recommended in a local Facebook group. Love the look of it, however iy keeps force closing on me. Not allowing me to upload pictures for each child. And when I close out and go back in to try again. It never loads or glitches out and closes on me! Also happened while I was trying to make the children’s profile! Hope they get fixed so I can use this app religiously and hopefully update my review to 5/5!
It’s okay
The app itself is really cool! I like the calendar format for seeing the information, however I thought the app would involve some tips and tricks for dealing with difficult times. The app is really just the same as the website, which is free..
Love this app!
I periodically check the website when I feel my toddler (…and myself) are having some growing pains. It definitely puts my mind at ease to know it is all perfectly normal and healthy. I went to the site today and saw they had an app! I bought the app immediately and love it even more since it gives you day to week tracking of where your child’s at. Apps are just much more convenient also.
Life Changing App for toddlers+
I once was an avid Pinterest user pre-baby. I came across Amber’s milestone info and pinned it. Months later when I was curious about developmental leaps and milestones, I began reading her detailed and copious notes that aligned with my toddler’s behavior. I found it so helpful. I then printed it and put it in a binder for reference (and began marking the calendar accordingly). I shared with friends. Then one day my mom friend said “she has an app!” Now I have both my kids in the app and I can see whats going on…and almost every time we are in the RED/INTENSE phase and I find peace in know I’m not crazy. Amber is SO SPOT ON with her behavioral assessments it’s mind blowing. I tell everyone about this app. I think I have 5+ friends using it. Get the app! Money well spent!
4th Time Mom First Time App User
While I thought I had things pretty dialed in as a 4th time mom this app has been so enlightening and helpful. Very timely and helpful information that helps navigate my toddlers growth and behaviors with extra grace and understanding.
Waste of money
App did not work well for me. It said to tap the date for more information and that did not work. The dates were untappable. Complete waste of money.
