You learn a lot about parenting skills and how to strengthen bonds with loved ones.

As a parent of a 5 year old and more recently a newborn, I learnt a lot from this app when things get tough with tantrums and big emotions with the older one. The app also helps a lot with some of the parent-guilt I carry around when I was not at my as a mom. Do one lesson a week, combine this with Dr. Becky’s advice too. Parenthood is a long journey but the rewards are worth it!

I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with parenting. This is helping me be there for my children better and for my spouse as well. I also have noticed an improvement with my own mental health by using these techniques. I do forget at times but overall this app is extremely helpful.

Been super helpful and positive parenting

As a mother of four beautiful children, and a stepmother to two sets of twins, my blended family of ten was rapidly becoming unmanageable. My situation is extreme, I know, which is why I needed a quick tool, loaded with useful information to balance each relationship I am responsible for creating and nurturing with our children. This app gives information that I can utilize quickly and practice with all of our kids ranging from three to twenty one years old. For the first time in years, I feel as though I have the power to offer support in an organized, simple way just by obtaining a better understanding of outrageous behavior and how to help manage it. I will forever be grateful for finding this app and highly recommend everyone using it!

It does a great job explaining what to do and how to do it. It’s helpful understanding the recommendation and provides statistics. Overall very relatable information and invaluable.
