Only reason to use this is the STL parking is run by people with a sub 80 IQ. This app has different discounts than the website. The website errors out if you try to check out using safari. It’s just a disaster, but it’s the only option. You can tell they heavily outsource their software.

An extremely easy and quick app to use. It will save you time.

App doesn’t work to find a shuttle. Waiting 30 minutes but not surprising because when I parked took over an hour from the time pulled into their lot to dropped off at terminal. Terrible service

Stood by the yellow posts for remote pickup. Used app to notify. Got reply that bus was on the way. But pickup is only at green area????? Too confusing.

Early morning 5:15 AM. 4 groups waiting and have not picking up for more than 20 mins now

This app is either very unreliable or the BNA team likes to blame faults on the app failing or bugs.

Advanced reservations through the app make it easy to reserve spaces. There are a variety of spaces, clear pricing and payment details with upgrades if desired. There is always somebody to check in reservations and assign parking rows and shuttles run frequently. Shuttle drivers are friendly and courteous, helping to load bags. I love the option to tip with a card using the drivers QR code.

I have used this service for years now. The people are friendly, helpful and quick. Sometimes the pick up from the airport can be a minute BUT the pick up to is always quick. 9/10 would recommend.
