So I have been playing this game for 1 or 2 years and I love it but my additional content is not loading even though my server and Internet have great quality. kindly fix this problem

Game crash
I tried my 100% to complete task but even ever sandy surburs task starts my game crash every task and reversed my task i use many SP to complete task but sP don’t reversed but the doing task are reversed for no reason and then i have to buy external to complete task even ever advertisement popping up my game crashed automatically this is so irritating and you guys are not doing any thing playing this game for 6 years the experience i am having from 2 month is my worst experience ever i think you are attentionally doing it because i played 24/7 to complete task on time but reason is game crashing reversing task makes me to angry and irritating now
Problem
I love the game but from two days i am facing a problem that i start the task’s and when I restart the game my all tasks got cancelled every time my task got cancelled and it is very irritating for me I don’t know what type of glitch is this but i need this glitch to be fixed plz as soon as possible

I used to really enjoy playing thiss, but the ads are really annoying the hell out of me! After every 5 mins there’s a frickin ad! Please fix this issue!!!!!
