Apple ID log in fail

It logged out by itself and when I went to play I tried to log in but it didn't let me, and now I've been trying to log in with my Apple ID account for days, but I get a box that says Apple login fail (4). I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, I have tried removing the wifi and nothing, please fix it I want to play 😭😭

Please add more days to June’s route. 60 days isn’t enough TT BUT EXCELLENT GAME. SUCH WONDERFUL ILLUSTRATIONS AND PHOTOS. I CAN CHOOSE THE HOUR TO CHAT SO I DON’T HAVE TO DESTROY MY SLEEP SCHEDULE! THIS IS AMAZING!

Me encanta el juego, de verdad, pero no sé por qué se me ha borrado la cuenta y el progreso. Había terminado la ruta de Henri y estaba esperando a que volviese, tenia 56 baterías y de lo de colorines 1k. Hay alguna manera de recuperarlo? Porque invertí en varias ocasiones para tener más posibilidad de respuesta y no me gustaría tener que volver a empezar

I made an account some time ago and deleted that account, now when I try to create an account with the same email it won't let me because it tells me that the email is already in use but when I try to log in it tells me that the account is deleted.
