Got the annual subscription. Got a new password. Reinstalled. Still can’t log on. I don’t expect a quick response from tsp. Disappointed.

How many years has it been since the meaning and origin of Christmas was mentioned in the Christmas edition. Very biased news!

My rating is due to the change of puzzles, most likely a cost cutting measure.I can’t see how we could be talking about a significant amount of money, as such this may cause subscribers to quit, as I plan to do in the near future. The Sheffer crossword was staple for a lot of years now it is gone, thanks. I don’t feel like conversing any longer, bye. Rod Flasch

Fix this already. As of a couple updates ago the app freezes up all the time. Kill it and try to reopen and it drags on forever trying to open.

Usually no problem until about a month ago when we couldn’t log in with one of our two devices. Brought up to tech support that the problem is in our account on their end and, despite three reminders, nothing yet…

Only problem is that I am told that we qualify for free access for online ePaper and I have phoned ?five times and everything was supposed to be fixed. The last time that I phoned the lady said that she would set up a new password in our email. It hasn’t come

I like having a daily newspaper so I maintain a subscription but the star-phoenix is truly awful. Not to be too harsh, but it can only be a matter of time till this paper is out of business. Best of luck. You’re going to need it.

We have been subscribers for over 45 years. The SP is getting worse and worse. The reporters now seem to think that anyone who complains deserves a column, without even getting the other side of the story. These one-sided stories are getting out of hand. The slant of almost any article is how the person is wronged, and that someone else is responsible and should fix it. Quite disappointing. There seems to be little research into finding out the facts before publishing these types of stories

I have used the digital version to print the crossword puzzle. Recently the crossword has been reformatted in such a way that it is not easily printed as a print screen. Not sure why we get the paper anymore.
