What a great app, felt this helped me look professional when it came to doing consultations with prospective clients. Didn't use all the functions in the app so can't comment about all but think it would have helped a lot more if I had the the to learn it.

Could of been great

Once the update was done and you had to start paying, you then had to transfer clients data/photos/measurements to the update. I then lost over 15 years worth if client data! It kept crashing and when finally sorted, all I got was a sorry and you can have some free months as compensation (why would I of continued using it?!). Could if been great, avoid - you have been warned.

Paid for in 1st release now have to subcribe

Been a personal trainer 10 years plus, Paid for this app on release many years ago, but due to the developers greed I now have to subscribe and pay to use something that was already paid for at £15 which is exspensive for an app and I have my own app on the app store, the original was working for me. Emailed the developer and the response was a excuse and offered no solution. Sorry but judging also from the other comments I will be deleting this app, other apps now offer more for free and the customer service is a poor, It's a shame as this could of been something.

Would leave zero stars if I could

Will no longer even open. As soon as I try to open the app on my iPad it just crashes. Completely hopeless and waste of money app. Should be removed from iTunes.

RIP OFF

I bought this some time ago and I believe it was around £10 I haven’t used in a while and I’ve just tried logging in and I have the free version?????? And being prompted to subscribe to a monthly on going subscription,what an absolute joke,please PLEASE avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clients data lost - Wouldn’t Recommend

I seem to be another one of the unfortunate ones who have lost all their clients data for the SECOND TIME. Like everybody else, when it works it’s great but when there’s an update it all crashes and risking loss of data. I was already sceptical to update in Jan 2019 as previous history of losing clients data so I emailed the developer to ensure my data would transfer and I was reassured it would. Very annoyingly lost all recent data. And had to pay monthly subscription to access more than 3 clients at once. I refuse to pay a monthly subscription to somebody who clearly shouldn’t be an app developer and is careless!! I have since stopped using the app! Before you part with your money I would look at other apps available. There are plenty of other softwares apps providing the same service for Coaches. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS APP!!

No integrity. Blackmail runs the day.

When I purchased this app for a one off payment it was great, but still i was always in dread of their updates, it always left devastation in its wake. I wake up and they’ve suddenly updated and I’ve been blocked accessing pretty much all my clients info unless I pay £23 per month. I think this is blackmail. Its their dream app forced on loyal app buyers without choice.

I paid for the app a few years back with gives me unlimited clients and now they want me to pay again for subscription.... now totally useless to me as I will only have access up to 3 clients. If this was the business model than keep the old version as it was and create another subscription version for people to choose. Will not recommend. Also update deleted all my clients workouts and plans. All my hard work planning gone.

Pricing

I’m not sure if the pricing is correct or just an error annually 6 month £2978.2 That is me thinking annually = 12 month that comes to a price of £5,956.4 per Year Well I don’t think anyone will pay that !!!
