Can’t even use the app
Messages done even open it just a white screen no matter how long I let it load or try to sort itself out. This has easily been 9 months of this but more like a year.
This app is a 0/10
As a coach everything should be simple - this app only gives us a messenger app and can see what someone done where as the web browser allows you to do everything integrate the app to work like the browser not like your company doesn’t have the money to do so everyone that pays for it is £50+ a month and need to use a browser to actually use it 😂
Incredibly Outdated & Glitchy
For the price you pay, the coaching app is awful. It glitches, freezes, doesn’t sort or filter how you request it to! It’s slow at the best of times! I strongly don’t recommend trying to keep in contact with your clients through this it’s just up to modern app standard nor is it time efficient or feasible! They really need to work on updating and changing!!!!!!
Can’t see clients workout
The app wont let me review clients workouts anymore. Just goes to a white blank screen. Help!!
Terrible UI. Won’t open client messages
Terrible UI, everything is hard to find and to top it off messages from clients will not even open anymore. TC is too expensive and dysfunctional. I’m losing clients because of the torrent of bugs they’re dealing with. I’ve used True Coach for close to two years and sadly, I can honestly say the platform has got worse in that time. I’ve reported endless problems and nothing is EVER fixed. I’ve moved to Trainerize it’s 1000x better and the same price. True Coach’s pricing is absurd considering it doesn’t run smoothly and the don’t even have half the integrations their competitors have.

As a coach I’m so frustrated with TrueCoach and their lack of tech ability, there is so many issues with the app itself. Constant issues here, if it was simple to move to a different software I would in a heartbeat
Poor update
Cannot open messaging at all and when it does it is just a white screen. This has been going on now for weeks get a move on
So much potential!
Since Septembers HORRIFIC update (the app was hardly functional), it is now a lot smoother and reliable. 👍🏻 That said, from a coaches perspective; which is who this app is designed for, I feel it is consistent with the desktop version. I’d love to see the following: ▪️Client Removal: - Currently, if you archive/remove a client from TrueCoach their inbox still remains. The ONLY way to remove them on this app is to delete the entire app and re-install it. Very annoying! ▪️Dark Mode: - PLEASE. The white light is so harsh at night! ▪️GIFS: - It’d be great to allow for them on TrueCoach WITHOUT having to download an additional app. Currently available on desktop so its very anti-climatic when a client sends one and you can’t return the message with one yourself! ▪️Bulk Messages: - If I send a bulk message to ‘all active clients’, whilst having some unread messages in my inbox, by doing so, I automatically read all those unread messages and it’s then very easy to miss important client information. Please fix! Hope these requests get heard as it’s an app with A LOT of potential! 🤞🏻
