Complicated UI
Why is it so hard to see the chat reply sent by the consultants? Also give an option to resume chat query where left. Otherwise the app is off no use.
Support and Benifts
The support is very worst they can’t even reply the queries also they won’t wait for a minute to complete the conversation. Also so many bugs in the application.
Useless When in need
I am using the corporate benefit too. When things go smoothly no one cares. But help is needed when something goes wrong. I booked blood test with 3 types in this app. Collection and all ok. When the report was updated it’s for just only one. When contacted the support guess what, need to wait for 3 days. But the Ben after a week the reports are not updated. What sort of service is this. Even an Amsterdam RedLight Company could be more organised. Is shame for a Health Care Company.
Not all the purchase options available
I have logged in to wellness corner as part my mnc. But it doesn’t show up the product list that I can purchase
Not a good app
App does not show estimated delivery date unless the final payment is made. Once order is placed, the app does not allow to cancel the order (irrespective of whatever reason you select it does not allow to cancel). The delivery fee is more than the medicine cost. What is the use if medicine is delivered after 1 week.
Fraud app
Not even able to order prescribed medicine, After selecting address getting Something went wrong pop up Looks like it is a fraud application.
Worst support service
No one replies quickly on issues. No one pick support call. Worst service.
This is a SCAM
They are running a corporate scam where they assign a person from TATA 1mg and the person never shows up for taking the sample. Then they would ask you to pay extra to conduct the checkup again
