The Yoga Collective Reviews

Great app

michaelschenkerrocks on

Love this app. I use other yoga apps as well just for variety and find the yoga collective app to be excellent in its own right. There are a great variety of classes in terms of difficulty and duration and the teachers are great. I especially like the older videos with Travis Elliot, Lauren Eckstrom, Anaswara, Paul Teodo and Andrea Jensen. As to the newer videos, I prefer the ones from Denise Antoine which I believe are from the Covid era and the Pilates/strength classes from Tabitha Grasing. My only other wish would be more new videos and Apple Watch compatibility. Otherwise, I highly recommend this app for Yoga.

Great overall

Overall the classes are great! My only complaint would be the app for the iPhone. It works well on my iPad but on my iPhone its layout isn’t as user friendly and is cluttered.

Content great search and interface no bueno

So I love the content but the user interface really lacks. I often find myself stuck searching for longer than a class actually takes. I guess it would be good if I know exactly what type of class I want. Often I’ll search by style or length or a teacher, and the filter results leave me filtering through a tun of content all similar to the rest. For example if I search filter by new the results are a tun of classes for “women cycles” I’m male so I scroll past, but it’s like 20 classes like that. So then I go to another filter similar results. So unless I can specify know what I want the search and filter buttons don’t help much. Aside from that when I can filter through and find something I like the content is great.

Content is good; interface not so much

I cannot get the app to stream without constant pausing. Not good when you’re trying to do yoga

Great classes, glitchy app

Love these yoga classes, but the subscription is rarely usable. I’m constantly getting errors and it won’t even play the videos I’ve downloaded.

Flexible

Excellent selection of yoga asana practices to fit your everyday schedule. Teachers provide their own spin on practices. Studio is uncluttered making following instructor understandable.

Love this App

Suits all your yoga needs- so many videos! No excuse to transform into a yogi. I’ve been a member of The Yoga Collective for 5 years. Instructors are the best in business! I stick with these inspiring & qualified trainers although I have other paid yoga apps that I don’t use.

The Yoga Collective is my favorite yoga app

YouTube has much better, and it’s free

ManicBotanicals on

Save your money because the refund policy states clearly there will be no refunds for basically any reason. And besides, the app and classes are sub par. You’re really not getting anything special. Just another scheme by some middle class people trying to rake in money. They haven’t updated the app in a year, so goes to show you how much they’re concerned with their brand and their customers.

great anywhere yoga app

MewSana on

I’ve been using Yoga Collective for many many years starting from Groupon. A few things they can improve: I would love to mark favorite from Collection instead of looking for the class from Classes side. I want to see how many minutes I’ve finished and how long I have left to go to motivate me through a long class. I’ve been referring it and gifting memberships to my family and friends. I do love that I don’t have to drive to a studio, and that I can do short or long class anytime I want to depending on how my day is and how I feel.
