Description

The Zebra Club was set up in 2019 by Jeannie Di Bon, an internationally recognised movement therapist for hypermobility. Jeannie has hEDS, POTS, MCAS and chronic fatigue herself. Together with her 16 years of clinical experience working with the hypermobility community plus her lifelong personal experience of living with several chronic conditions, Jeannie wanted to create a solution to help the community.
The Zebra Club has been assessed by the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps (ORCHA) - the world's number one technology provider for delivering safe digital health. We are proud that we passed our assessment with flying colours and are now approved on the ORCHA database. You are in safe hands at The Zebra Club.
Jeannie has thoughtfully created a comprehensive programme in The Zebra Club with three main pillars : Movement, Community and Education.

Such an easy and informative way to get connected to those who struggle the same :,)

Uplifting community & safe exercise space

This is the most uplifting chronic illness community I have ever found. The community has truly become my online family. I love all the resources and connections. And of course all the exercise videos are great! The Zebra Club (TZC) is the #1 thing that has helped me get back on my feet after a long flare. With the exercises and TZC’s motto “go low & slow” I have slowly brought strength and stability to my otherwise very hypermobile and POTSie body!

Hard Pass

It’s disappointing that you’re required to pay before you’re able to even enter the app. Finding legitimate help managing hEDS is impossible. The fact that the developers require payment first indicates that they themselves do not suffer from Ehlers, this is a hard pass.

Life changing app

This is an amazing group of support and exercise programs for people just like me with hEDS. No one else really gets it, but Jeannie does. Highly recommend.

Hypermobility Relief!

My diagnoses of Hypermobility EDS at age 58 sent me searching for relief from the constant pain I’ve had for years. Luckily I found this app. The exercises, meditations, videos with physicians and experts, monthly online meetings with others all over the world and community of others that provide daily support are priceless if you are living with Hypermobility, POTS, EDS, and other related issues. It’s medication in an app.

I absolutely love this app and everything it’s doing for me BUT I had someone steal my card info (not bc of the app) and had to get a new card. Well I thought since I added the new card to my apple wallet and removed the old one that it would automatically update the payment info for subscriptions, apparently not, ok fine no biggie, I updated it. Unfortunately the app won’t recognize that I’ve updated the payment info. It’s forced me to subscribe 5 times or so now and if I close the app I’m “not subscribed” again. Zebra club is listed as an active sub in my subscriptions list in my settings app now so everything should be good but unfortunately it’s not. So I logged out of the app and now it won’t let me log in, it wants me to subscribe again and set up a new profile, at this point I’m not gonna do that bc I’m afraid there’s gonna be multiple $16 charges I can’t afford show up on my account. When I went to app help there’s no option for a problem like this. Please help, I need this app, I cannot work due to my disabilities and cannot afford being accidentally overcharged due to a glitch. This app is wonderful and truly helpful but this is really upsetting and I need to do my exercises, if someone could please get in touch with me I’d really appreciate it

I am so thankful for this app

I cannot rate this app highly enough. I searched for solutions to my pain and autonomic issues for decades and finally Jeannie’s method has me feeling low pain and anxiety and sleeping well. The community is very supportive and positive, and this social support is also integral to my health. Jeannie recently added meditations and reformer classes. The app keeps getting better.

TZC has been the greatest resource, community, and support system I could have asked for throughout my diagnostic process. I’m so grateful to Jeannie. Her cues are like she’s in the room with you, and there are classes for every day and every level.

The Zebra Club is fantastic!

I’ve been loving the exercises on the Zebra Club! There’s a great variety for strength, pain management, sleep, and more. The Zebras community is wonderful too. It is a supportive place where people help and encourage each other. The advice that people share is the most helpful I’ve found outside of my own pain specialist and PT. I’m so glad I found the Zebra Club (I saw Jeannie present at a recent EDS Society conference). This app has made a huge difference in my quality of life, and I highly recommend it!

Since finally getting an official EDS diagnosis last year ( at 50) I can't express how grateful I am for The Zebra Club. Jeannie di Bon's , Integral Movement Method is saving me. This is the only method that my body understands and responds to ( as opposed to what I currently have access to as a disabled person in traditional PT environments) Not only is my body finally understanding itself, my psyche is finding calm too. I can't tell you how many times the logistics of physically getting to physical therapy threw me in a flare before I could even attempt PT. I was so frustrated and hope -waned until the Zebra Club. I can afford it 💪, even though I'm on very fixed income, my body loves it and I finally feel some hope i can learn to safely understand my body and how it moves. I'm feeling stronger at 50, than I ever did bracing incessantly in my 20s while attending New World School of the Arts and quitting due to incessant injuries I didn't understand. I'm a Zebra 🦓 Club lifer now. Thank you, Jeannie Di Bon.
