I DON’T LIKE THE NEW UPDATE
The free pink charging for watching ads was rewarded to us 5 pinks every ads, 30times/hr. Now, they changed it to ONLY 3 pinks and 40times/hr. How frustrating.
My account can’t be accessed anymore
My account via google log-in can’t be accessed anymore and I don’t know what happened. It just got logged out suddenly and when I am trying to access it again, I always been lead on to the sign-up page rather than to log-in in my account. The pink stars (around 8k) that I accumulated for this account just so I can use for kking time could not be used anymore since I could not access the said account. The app doesn’t have any contact information to get an assistance for this; and even if they have sns account, the message option is not open. This app just wasted my time by watching those ads for nothing 🤬

Inaccessible FB Acct Log In Link
Nearing as the voting period ends, there is an error in loggingin using FB acct. I’m sadden I can’t use my pinks collected and blues i bought to drop on rebate and votings. Make an immediate action, we have two days left and I don’t wanna see my money, time and efforts go to nothing if i can’t vote for my favorite artist. Immediate action please.
Blue not credited
It's been days since I've made the purchase but the Blue did not reflect on my account. I contacted your support via email and they replied right away but has been on MIA now. I guess I won't be expecting to get neither my money back nor my blue to be credited to my account before the voting period is over. This experience is such a shame. I hope events won't be using this platform again in the future.
