worst app ever
this is definitely the most annoying voting app ever. we spent thousands of money to buy tokens in the app but we couldn’t convert it, or drop it to vote. we weren’t able to vote because your app keep lagging. our money, time, and effort were all put into waste. pota ka
Please add 0 star. 1 ⭐️ is still too generous.
What a sorry excuse for a voting app to crash 4-5 hrs before a poll ends. No one even attempted to explain or try to fix the problems while the poll is still on-going. Frankly, if i could rate u zero star, I would. Rating 1 star is still being generous. If u can’t even fix ur systems, maybe try shutting down?
FIX YOUR APP
I have been using StarPlay for years and now It doesn’t let me collect SST even though I watched the ads properly. YOUR APP NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS.
app crashes all the time
the app always crash and i couldn’t make a new acc since it keeps crashing and i also can’t change its language. pls fix this since a lot of kpop stans are using this app to vote for their idol and we can’t vote properly since it keeps crashing every time we mass vote.
UGLY AND POOR AF
BEEN TRYING TO ENTER THE APP FOR 2 DAYS NOW IN ORDER TO VOTE BUT IT KEEPS ON SAYING ERROR. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND IF YOU CAN’T, STOP HOSTING VOTING EVENTS.

The app is unsecured and unreliable
I myself and my friends had been buying tokens just so we can try to catch up with numbers only to find out that some are cheating. We have proofs and we sent you via email but it seems like you won’t do something about it. Tbh it’s disappointing how some are wasting their effort, time and money into getting this ad prize because in the end, others might easily get it just by playing unfairly. No matter how I try to look at it it really doesn’t look good AT ALL. I hope you try to do something about it. As consumers who respect your rules, I hope you look into this. Thank you

Aside from the app crashes very often, I tried to purchased GST and was charged but did’t get a confirmation from the App since it crashed after confirming the payment!!! Give me back my money, I can’t even get hold of support for assistance! Crappy APP!!!!
FIX YOUR APP!!!
I re-installed this because of some issues i thought would be fixed by re-installing but when I opened it again, I could no longer get signed in. Whenever I try to use my google account, it kinda directs me to choose facebook and if I choose facebook, it shows unavailability in the app. Wtf?
