Delivery issues
You should change the the information which says delivery within 24hrs i have placed an order 7:50 am yesterday and after calling twice i was informed it will be delivered anytime before 9pm there is a delay. So what about the 24hrs? And its not the first time. Will recommend everyone to go and get the supplies personally also there are other places to order from.
Checkout doesn’t work
The checkout doesn’t work - don’t bother downloading the app just order through the website
Cart checkout
There is a bug whenever i touch the basket to check out it shuts down the hole app
Waste of time waiting for the order
If you don’t have the luxury in time. Then don’t waste your time in ordering pet’s food through this app. Save your energy , your mental health and time and better buy it personally from a store. The fast same day delivery is a lie.
Genuine products & fast delivery
I’ve been ordering everything from food, litter, etc., for my cats from them for 1+ years and I’ve no complaints! Excellent service!
Do not book grooming through the app
Terrible app. The mobile grooming option is a joke - the app doesn’t reflect the true availability, so you book, get a confirmation email and then no one turns up. Complete waste of time. The grooming booking should be removed from the app altogether.

The app is full of bugs. Please fix it. I can’t even open the app sometimes. Long time can’t open my wishlist
