It is the worst company for pet products. Delivery is delayed and they give incorrect information to the driver. The communication service is very weak. I will not repeat my purchase from them. 👎🏻

I have not been able to see my wishlist for 2 months!!! I’ve contacted your support yet nothing. You have an update on 24/09/24 and this bug hasn’t been fixed!!!

The app keeps crashing when you press the back button in the cart
App hangs lot, especially after the new version now!
No complaints about the company, but the older version of the app was more stable! Please fix your bugs. There are so many issues with the mobile app. Every now and then I encounter a new issue. Improve your QA tests.

I had difficulty placing my order because they don’t have “ guest check out” You must be in their database I’m not sure why, plus their prices are high, I searched the same product on their app and Instashop app, they were the expensive ones.

I have just updated the app, but then it still crashes. What a waste of time.
