Physical therapists can:

- Access our web browser app which instantly syncs with the app
- Upload exercise demonstration videos straight from your phone or tablet, or web browser.
- Assign exercises with timers, visual tempos, and set tracking
- Assign times per day and times per week
- View patient progress and adherence

Patients can:

- View and complete home exercise program with clear guidance
- Schedule and receive reminders to complete home exercise program

This is a great app & it is very helpful with home exercises, but try to get help with the app & no-one is available. The Zendesk Help Center says that TheraCentric is no longer using their help center & states to reach out to TheraCentric directly via their website. I tried that & it didn’t work. Frustrating! I no longer have sound & can’t figure out why!

TheraCentric is a very easy to use app and has been an extremely helpful tool for my current PT experience. In the past, my PT’s would write down my exercises on a piece of paper. I’d have to jog my memory about correct form and keep track of all of the papers. With this app, I have access to all of my assigned exercises with videos and instructions right on my phone. It has been a game changer for me and I’ve noticed I’m much more consistent in doing my exercises. Just an added bonus, the little stickers and puns are adorable and they’re a great reminder to keep things light
