Barcode Issue / Annoying Requests
App as a concept makes sense but the barcode feature is obviously limited to locations in which a specific barcode is registered. However, it’s an understandable limitation. HOWEVER, unless I’m missing something the app keeps asking to switch on notifications each time I log in. If I wanted them on, I would have said so. What’s the purpose of giving the option and then continuing to badger someone about it? Either not a well thought through niggle or an attempt to annoy / bully into accepting. Definitely won’t pay with this in place.

Can’t cancel subscription
I did not find the app that helpful and uninstalled it, but I keep being charged a monthly subscription. I have now reinstalled the app to try and cancel my subscription, but it doesn’t seem possible. Couldn’t find a way to reach out to the app publishers. Would appreciate any help.

Super quick and easy to snap a product and know how it rates on the dirty scale - and why!
Waste of Time
I just downloaded the app and scanned over 30 products ranging from Nivea cream to a common Savlon Antiseptic as well as Vitamins and it has no of these products in their catalog in order for me to use this app, I would have to go and manually enter each product. Complete waste of time.

I love this app but there are some products that I can’t find on Think Dirty. Otherwise it’s really helpful and makes me think twice on the different things I put on my body and hair
Not so easy to use, but good information on avalibile products
I do like the app it’s fantastic when browsing before going out to purchase your products. However not all products are avalibile, and when you enter details for submissions you wait an extremely long time to get results (i have still not received updated on both local and international products) Please make this more easy to use and sort between your current bathroom cupboards and what products you are looking to replace your current ones with. Also I cannot seem to upload a profile picture?
