App frequently crashes and if by some miracle you get it up and running again you have to remember where you were up to in the program. Trying to fast forward to a spot subjects you to more ads, only for the whole app to crash again. Won’t be attempting to watch anything until a better update is released.
Super clunky, barely can load shows, doesn't automatically switch to next episode. Needs a serious update.
Is there any way you could change the opening for the app? It hurts my eyes and my head when I look at it. I know it’s only for a few seconds but it really puts me off using the app.
If you like your tv shows jumping forwards and backwards and across to different episodes this is the app for you
The team who coded this app needs to be fired. Unstable casting. Apple TV version on a modern 4k TV is unusable as it jitters.
App always crashed halfway through an episode, like clockwork. Just an all round bad app.
The shows are really good, I enjoy them a lot. However, do you know what’s worse than seeing and ad one time over and over? Seeing the same ad repeat itself three times in a row!!!!
Some good tv shows and movies but the app doesn’t let you minimise the screen to do something else on another app while watching, plus the Ads are so repetitive!! If you pause, you get an Ad, if you fast forward you get an Ad, it’s like punishment. I don’t know if this can be fixed but surely you could tell a user already view that at before, but they decided to go back to watch a scene again. Also they should be able to not schedule TWO OF THE SAME ADS one after the other.
Why do you not allow people to watch a show while they have something else on the screen? We shouldn’t have to pause the show to be able to do anything else on our devices…
Not the best app. I constantly have to restart the app when I open a new episode and sometimes, the app doesn’t load the content despite there being no problems with my internet service. I can’t use other phone features or change windows while the show is playing which other streaming apps are able to do. Compared to TVNZ’s app, the experience is poor.
