They lost my book and said absolutely nothing, saying that the package was still being shipped. When I finally contacted costumer service for this delay they said that the packed was considered lost since it hadn’t been delivered in time and there was nothing they could do. That’s how you resolve problems??? Just saying that you can’t fix them?
