The Thrive Hearing Control app works seamlessly with sensor-enabled hearing aids to give you complete control of your hearing. Change settings easily, adjust volume quickly, create customized memories, and stream music or phone calls with the touch of a button.

You can set goals and your Engagement Score and Activity Score will track how close you are to meeting them daily. Just ok
I would give it more stars but when I open the app the Wellness score info shows up and then disappears. This has been going on for well over a year and no attempt to upgrade the app seems forthcoming. My audiologist even tried to figure it to no avail. As expensive as these hearings aids were you would think they would do a better job with the app
Hard to pair
I am having great difficulty pairing to my other iOS devices, iPad and Laptop. I had all working with my devices until recently. Now they only pair with my phone. I’m not computer savvy, but I can at least figure this out, but not now. With help from developer and Apple, I was able to connect with other devices besides my iPhone. Thank you. Much better.
Demo mode
My program has gone into Demo mode, and try as I may, I cannot find a way out. Any suggestions?
Overcomplicated for target audience
I just want my grandma to hear. This app makes her absolutely miserable. I’m 27 and I have a hard time figuring out the app. They need to simplify this app or have a senior mode/version.
Can’t access the translate portion of this app
I can open the app but the microphone button on Translate portion of this app will not work. What’s up?
Barely useable
My Starky HAs constantly won’t synch with my iPhone or iPad. I’m constantly having to go back to the hearing center for them to reprogram. When it’s working, it’s great and a huge help with phone calls. But it’s rarely work these past several months. Later: Still not working. Incompetent app programmers.
Hearing aids issues
Terrible Hearing aids connection issues with app! App sometimes communicates sometimes doesn’t very expensive for a poor device, needs lots of work!
Bad, bad, bad
Whenever my iPhone 16 Pro (IOS18.1.1) wakes up my hearing aids go immediately into stream boost, turning off the mic. This occurs when just on the lock screen whether I’m streaming or not. Extremely annoying! Had to shut off auto stream to correct so what’s the point of even keeping this app on my phone?
Loses Connections
This app frequently loses the TV streaming functionality. The only way to get that back is to delete the app and reinstall it. It’s a pain. Is there going to be any updates to fix this?
