Description

Speed up entry at the door with the Ticket Tailor Check-in app. Built for Event Creators.
Whatever size your event, we’ve got you covered:
• Scan tickets, search personal details, or select from a (filterable) door list for seamless entry.
• When your event is in full swing, stay connected and keep track of the check-in process on the go.
• Create multiple user profiles and train your team in minutes. Plus, with the ability to hide sensitive data like ticket count and personal info, and remove access after the event, it can flex with your team.
• Download multiple events (or time slots) and switch between them easily.
• Auto-sync allows you to check in tickets on multiple devices at once.

And for peace of mind, the app works offline, so even the most remote events can keep going worry-free.
Note: this app is not for ticket buyers. You don’t need an account to buy a ticket from an organiser using Ticket Tailor. To learn more about Ticket Tailor, please go to www.tickettailor.com.

Works great- one thing would make it better

This app is fast and intuitive to use. One thing that would make it better is if you could sync on demand. You have to log out and log back in to get it to sync reliably.

Good overall but a couple of suggestions

I've been using the new Ticket Tailor check-in app for quite a while now (we migrated over from the Tazotix check-in app) and while it generally works well and is definitely an overall improvement to the prior version, there are a couple of changes that I would like to suggest: 1. The option to manually initiate a sync. While the automatic syncing is great, it doesn't always work in real-time or reflect tickets that are purchased after the app is opened to scan. A simple "pull down to refresh" gesture to manually sync the doorlist and upcoming events list would easily solve this dilemma. 2. The option to display the full ticket type without truncating it underneath the ticket holder name in the doorlist. While I understand this change would cause each row to become greater in overall height, I believe having the option of showing the entire string would be beneficial due to ticket categories taking up a large portion of the available line space. Thanks for reading and considering. We've been using Ticket Tailor for years and enjoy the service overall. Keep up the good work!

Sync is slow

App is slow to sync. Is there a trick to get it to update faster? I haven’t used it to check in yet, but as I’m monitoring ticket sales it sometimes takes multiple “click-arounds” before it will refresh the sync. Even after a hard close on the app. Hoping it isn’t as slow when we use to do check out
