Does not work

Most screens lag to the point of being unusable and the add to wallet option doesn’t even work. The developers of this app probably eat crayons for breakfast

Challenging to find tickets already bought and load them in a timely manner. Poor design for usability reflecting a company ethos focused on profits over customer satisfaction. If only it wasn’t a monopoly and I was able to boycott this brand

The feature add to wallet is not working and it is now within 24 hours of the event. There is no way to actually contact ticketTek - they provide no actual phone number that takes you through to a person. None of the FAQs are helpful only says some tickets aren’t available until 24 hours before the event. Terrible customer service.

Anticompetitive behaviour. Need to make it possible for people to download tickets they bought without using your app and creating a ticketek account

This is company is robbing the general people and ACCC looks like avoiding to fine Ticketek, when i purchased a refundable ticket paying extras money and I can’t still understand why I can’t get refund while buying refundable ones. They never pick up the phones

Evil company now forces you to download an app and hand over personal details just to use a ticket that they’ve already overcharged you for. Should be illegal.

This is the most useless app ever created if I could give this app a 0/5 for usability I surely would

Can only access mobile tickets through the app now, ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button doesn’t work, 0/5 thanks for nothing
