Very frustrating
The app won’t load at all when you open it. Just has the Ticketek banner and a white screen, it will occasionally have a loading circle but won’t do anything past that. Can’t access tickets for an tickets via app only event - seems pretty crazy to only have the tickets available through and app that doesn’t work.
Won’t load
I’m having the same problem- the app won’t load for my tickets. I have tried every day for a week, restarted, deleted and redownloaded and nothing works. There needs to be a back up to app-only tickets.
App not working, please please fix it
This app - the ONLY way to access our expensive tickets to get in to the Taylor Swift concert on Sunday - does not work on any of our mobile devices or accounts. It hasn’t for days! It just displays a white screen with a spinning circle or a no-graphics search screen that is unresponsive. We are in NZ but all out Ticketek accounts work on the AU website, all our tickets are legitimately bought from Ticketek AU, and all our phones and iPads have up-to-date OSs - so the fault must be with the app. Please fix it or we won’t get into the show
Solution
Guys I had the same problem as you it was not loading, solution is get a VPN and connect to Australia and it works fine!
App down
The app won’t load, only a blank screen. I’ve sold tickets and their now unlocked, I need to transfer them to the buyers but can’t access the tickets. No phone number to contact ticketek for a same day solution.
App doesn’t load
Just freezes and can’t load tickets. Classic Ticketek. Worst company for events
Very frustrating
App is stuck on one page, removed, download still the same!!! Tickets are unlocked now and we can not see anything just a black page!!!! No idea how we are going to get into the concert? Fix the app now!!! 🤨🤨😡😡😡😡
App will not load
Can you please fix this issue? The app freezes upon startup and I cannot click the bottom navigation buttons at all.
Can’t open the App to get Taylor Swift tickets !!
Stressful, can’t call anyone, can’t email and get an instant response but can’t open the App anymore!!
