If you are going to make tickets only available through the app, the app needs to work. I can open the app but literally can’t get any further, let alone access my tickets. Would rate 0 if I could.

Bought tickets for Laneway festival, try opening the app on the day, won’t even open, spent over an hour before the ticket finally loaded, however for loads of people I know it didn’t work at all and the app totally crashed, meant massive ticket lines and stress for everyone.

This app is so buggy, every time I open the app it just gets frozen and I can’t do anything on it. Frustrating as I need it to access my tickets. If you’re gonna make people access their tickets through an app, make sure that the app works.

Wouldn’t let me access my tickets when I need to, probably due to high traffic but this is an expected situation and should be coded for accordingly!

If you’re relying on this app to get into your event - forget it. Get some devs to work on your app, seriously your ruining hundreds of people’s experiences to save on your expenses. The worse app ever, fix it - greedy people who don’t care if you have a good time.

I have a festival today and i cant even access my tickets. What other purpose does this even have? Why do official festivals use this? Terrible

If you’re going to be the sole ticket provider for a festival the size of Laneway, at least prepare for the increased activity on the day of, instead of completely freezing up.

You already know how many people are coming to an event. Expect that capacity of users. Bad app bad developers

Total garbage. Doesn’t do the main thing it’s supposed to do, store and allow you to access the ticket for the event you’ve paid for. How can you still be in business
