Frustrating app to use. The app has been telling me for quite a while I have no upcoming events sitting under tickets. In March I bought presale tickets for a concert which takes place at the end of June. The app still has my mobile tickets set up as having taken place and not having any active events coming up

One of the worst features of this app is if your event date passes you can’t see or ticket history, doesn’t help when you have tickets for a 3 day event and they disappear on day 2. Can’t find a way to send the ticket to apple wallet. I can see why Ticketmaster has 455 likes of their app.

Said i have an account under my email… Never knew i did so I tried to reset my password with the email. It never sent me an email. Now I can’t go to my event 😃 fix the app

Sounds like a great idea but freezes when I try to login. The old version still works so will stick with that.

I try to register my account and it says it’s already registered, so I reset my password and it says someone has to verify my account in order to send me an email to reset my password. I know for a fact that other websites don’t do this like instagram and Facebook but this app is very frustrating to use

Friend bought a ticket and tried to share with me. Need to download this app: fine. Then the ticket doesn’t even reach me. Tried logging on their website: doesn’t work. What a waste of time.

Can’t download tickets won’t go to apple wallet. App doesn’t even show tickets except in order history. When I got them it would only let me put them in wallet on app and now they aren’t even there.

Export to wallet does not work. Screenshot disabled WTF? No other option to backup/print. Unreliable app. Likely not to work when at the gate

Purchased tickets for rugby that are not visible in the Ticket Wallet. Despite being already logged in to the app I have to log in again to Order History to see my tickets that I can’t download to the Ticketek or Apple Wallet.

Download was easy, but all down hill from there. Well done to the developer.
