Worst app ever! It money into the app and NO machine would scan it. Lawsuit!

This app… well, definitely needs a lot of work done to it to make it work better. It took me nearly an hour to log into the service. It kept saying my email and password were incorrect. Even though I have them written down. Or it kept telling me an error occurred. Tried to take my little brother out to the arcade we have in the mall, but this caused such an issue. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Just downloaded the app and bought $40 or credits at the Chico Marketplace. The scanner function does not work, I removed my phone case even. Nothing. How frustrating. Had to buy the credits using the physical card.

My kid ran off while waiting on the game to recognize the phone. Have $35 on the card can’t figure out how to get the machine to read. Not only the app but purchased the physical card which was supposed to have $10 on it. It had $1 worth of credits on it. No phone number on the machine to call for support. Wish the local jump n play did not switch over to this useless system.

The is is the worst arcade card system ever. Loaded 20 dollars into account and then every machine I went to said insufficient credits. Lost 20 dollars. I am so upset

Worst app ever. Waste of my money and a disappointment for me and my kids. If I pick a star it’s because it wouldn’t let me pick zero

This is an amazing app it saves me so much money and I go to classic skating a lot so it keeps money in my bank account

I've reached out twice with months between emails and they don't get back to you. They get your money and they don't care whether you are heard or not. I will be reporting them to Apple support for scamming.

How do I get a refund?

App is near useless. It worked on average once every 10+ scan attempts. We did the app restarts and every angle, case on/off and left in frustration with credits on the app. I’m going to review the arcade and warm people not to use this. Badly made app.
