The latest update has fixed System View. Great work !

After this latest release my solar production chart which shows daily production for the full month is now incorrect, some days are correct, but other days seem to have been doubled. I have the previous app release on my other iPad and the solar production is correct

This app is interesting as you can track the power to each PV panel. However the design of the app is unforgivable. The zoom in and out with the pinch gesture is almost unusable- you zoom in or out way too fast and centring the panels is so difficult. This is pointless and the app should allow a way to set the boundaries.

One year ago the app was perfect. All the latest releases are full of bugs. I have reported this to Tigo on several occasions to no avail. Developers, please do the right thing and restore the usefulness of the app. At the moment it is a poor reflection on the competence of the company. The old app of a year ago was a five star rating!

Developers. The latest release breaks the power and reclamation display. This screen no longer works. Can I suggest that you test your software before releasing as this is not the first time a point release has broken the apps functionality. Look forward to a bug fix soon.

After spending nearly £2k on my Tigo system, I am hugely disappointed with it. I also paid for the premium service to get more rapid updates, it just really is not worth it. The iPhone App is very buggy, often freezing or showing data from over an hour ago and so is next to useless on providing an up to date view of what is going on with the panels. Tigo please sort you app out and the update time, I thought I would be getting more regular update than 15 minutes on the premium service, but I am lucky if the app has updated within the last hour. I would certainly think twice about using Tigo if I was having an array installed again in another property.

Initially a bit daunting to set up but once done it is the best investment apart from my PV system I have ever made. I have since helped 3 other systems to be set up and have identified one faulty panel that if no Tigo to be fitted would have taken the string down (how would you identify a faulty panel without Tigos ?) The App is informative and very user friendly and constantly being improved and updated. The only downside would be an additional small fee to open up more monitoring functions that are partially visible but greyed out until the fee is paid, but having said that the basic App is free. Consider all the benefits of Tigos as genuine as they do really work but ultimately it’s an insurance that ensures your system is protected and any faults can be identified to the exact panel immediately. Well done Tigo.
