Closes the checkout and returns to the ticket store page every time you switch out of the app (e.g. to check for messages or copy the bank 3DSecure code). You have to visually copy the card number and rely on the SMS notification popup to successfully buy a ticket without switching from the app. If it weren't for the discounted tickets I would never subject myself to such frustration.

This is the wooooorst! Hahaha. Every time you check anything on other app, it reboots! Even a card number or a price. What about the fact that adding a card to pay removes your promo code? What a JOKE. Bye Tiket. Go scam other guy.

I have tried to correct my Country Code on my Account Page but you’re app will not allow the change without also changing my mobile phone number-how do I verify my phone number if the app won’t allow me to put the corrected phone number in.

customer service leletnya bukan main. simple task like ubah data paspor yg salah aja susah banget. padahal belum masuk sistem karena belum di bayar. mau cancel kaga bisa, musti nunggu waktunya habis. mau di rebook ga bisa karena di arahin ke kode booking sebelumnya (yang salah).

Waktu dulu kalau bayar pakai debit mastercard bank luar negeri masih bisa, kalau sekarang sudah tidak bisa, harus melakukan verifikasi terlebih dahulu ke CS. Saya waktu itu mau beli tiket Blackpink dan berhasil dapat 2 tiket yang Diamond tapi tidak bisa bayar karena pembayaran menggunakan Commonwealth Bank Australia di tolak. Mau pesan tiket pesawat dan hotel juga jadi gabisa. 😢 Unistall dulu deh.

I have updated my app to the latest version (1.4.23), however, everytime I open the app, a pop up window still show up informing me that I need to update to the newest version. Also got some problem with booking, I was denied booking because the app says that I've made a booking (double booking) eventhough it is my first booking.. Please fix, thanks.

bagus! this app has the best prices around, for travelling in Indonesia. Love it. Only problem is: it won’t accept any non-Indonesian phone number :( (this online agency is often referred to from some of the ‘other’ online flight scanning services!)

Waktu daftar, dan ngisi nomor hp, aneh bgt. Di situ tertulis “isi dengan hanya menggunakan angka, tidak dengan simbol”. Padahal udah ngisi bener, tapi ga bisa terus. Langsung ku hapus aplikasinya
