Unable to validate payment
I tried for an hour to validate a payment method, but every option is buggy. Customer support loops in menu options that do not apply, nowhere to contact them, no way to make it work. I booked the hotel i wanted through another new app and it worked right away. Good luck fixing your site.
Cannot use a foreign credit card
They will say they need your credit card and passport photos over email to whitelist your foreign card but after submitting it they still can’t do it. Beware of this and scam before you provide your card and passport photo. Very unreliable service I recommend using another company.
