We have just taken back the management of our properties. This app is just great. We did an inventory and check in in a couple of hours. The resulting report is a professional and accurate report, with digital signature and also the option to let the tenant comment before signing. The support is second to none, and a rea human being answers which is refreshing. All in all a great value solution to a tedious and otherwise costly process.

We have been using TIM for a year and find it easy to use and whenever we need help Paul is always very responsive. This is a great way of creating really well designed Inventories. Definitely would recommend it. Anna

The Inspection report is very easy to use and allows you to show through photos and notes any issues that the Landlord and or Tenant are not aware of. You can add and change any area that you may need too, ie. Add rooms, change the names of the rooms. You are also able to show how the property is being looked after by the tenant. All health and safety systems can be added (smoke and carbon monoxide). Once the Inspection has been downloaded it is available for reviewing immediately.

I am an independent letting agent, I knew about TIM software as I have worked for a letting agency in the past that used it. When I have started my own business last year, I have looked at other options but ended up going back to TIM. I find their app features, service etc great and easy to use while creating professionally looking reports. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TIM to anyone who’s looking for up to date software with great features and professional service.
