Not able to sign in despite same credentials working online in browser

I cannot signin here, but the same credentials working on website

I am not able to start a task, there is no option to start. Please help.

Time Doctor is a simple, easy to configure and accurate time tracking app. Just install and configure it and you are all set. I was able to track time and save unproductive hours with just a click. The support is pretty good as well. One recommendation and feedback for Time Doctor is to support Mozilla as well. Currently it has only Chrome extension.

Always crashed when i opens. always not a single day I able to open and use this app.

I can’t even log in despite providing the correct info

This app was last updated 3 years ago. I have tried to reach out to Time doctor but they are not responding. There is no way to use this app on an ipad. The logins doesnt work even if the correct logins were provided. The password reset does not work too.

But works in the browser

The log-in details in the browser does not work in the app when using other devices (iPad, phone). Hoping you guys can fix this issue. 🙏🏻

On safari or browser, my account is visible , but on this app, it keeps popin that the password or email is incorrect which us not.
