Time Doctor

Have been using time doctor since 2 weeks now. Its amazing for desktop but when i use it on mobile, its showing me incorrect credentials, where as m using the same credentials for desktop. Plus, there must be some issue on development side, as its showing the API code. So kindly, resolve it ASAP.

We have been using Time Doctor for a while and have been very happy with it. It encourages our employees to work more productively, and is easy for our managers to manage. Our experience has been great. The app is particularly useful for our employees working from home.

Timeclocking is critical to keep yourself on track and be productive. Timedoctor is my favorite. I can keep going on and on talking about the benefits. However, I have been facing slow speed while using the desktop version. Also the customer support is not as good as their other competitors. This is what they should take care of.

I can’t even log in despite providing the correct info

This app was last updated 3 years ago. I have tried to reach out to Time doctor but they are not responding. There is no way to use this app on an ipad. The logins doesnt work even if the correct logins were provided. The password reset does not work too.

But works in the browser

The log-in details in the browser does not work in the app when using other devices (iPad, phone). Hoping you guys can fix this issue. 🙏🏻

On safari or browser, my account is visible , but on this app, it keeps popin that the password or email is incorrect which us not.
