I paid for digital and print access but I cannot access it. I can only login at the subscription site but that’s it. I contacted them and there is no reply.

Zero stars
This is one of the most HORRIBLE magazine apps around. Slow and it keeps losing my library. The Economist and Newsweek are a 1000x better. Yuck. If there was ever a reason to stick to the print edition this app is it. Or maybe that's the intention? Yuck yuck yuck Hmmmm could not submit as zero stars so ad to give it 1 but its really zero

It never seems to load properly. And customer service has been terribly unhelpful.

Disappointing
This app is useless. It always say: Unknown Error!!
Totally disappointed
at first i was glad that i can read my time mag subscription via this app. there had been no problem downloading the issues and i've downloaded quite a few. the problem occurred when TIME decided to upgrade the APP. when i checked in again, all my previous downloads are gone and i had to download them all over again!!! what gives, time??? and the troublesome part is that there are issues that can't be downloaded easily giving an error code. bummer big time!!!
