It worked wonderful for a few months. Now it connects, I can see but can’t take pic or video anymore. Can’t share to dr. Not useful

Using iPhone SE 2, up to date firm ware. I’ve had this for over three years and use it every few months.

My phone connects to the device but does not show what’s on the camera. Do not buy

What’s the wifi password??

Forgot my password and I don’t have the option to reset it. Please help.

I bought the black head remover in 2020 and I loved it! It worked great it was easy to use and we used it often. Fast forward to literally tonight 4/21/24 I just found it in a box in the garage and it came right on even though it hasn’t been used since at least 2021 or 2022 and now it’s saying no internet connection. I was really looking forward to using it again but maybe it’s not updated or compatible with the app anymore???

If you bought something requiring this app I suggest you return it ASAP. Even if you get it to work — it will stop working after your return by date, and then only work 1/100 The device is a camera connected to phone via wi-fi via this app — it works 1% of the time, and when it does work it’s just fine and does what it is sold as. 99% of times I’ve tried to use the device it will not connect to the wi-fi. ZERO support. These devices should be unlocked to use with other apps to keep them from landfills

This is now useless for me since I have forgotten the password and there is no option to reset it!!! I’ve never, ever had an app that didn’t allow you to easily reset a forgotten password. Ridiculous!

This app actually worked wonderfully until recently - now it no longer seems to work (at least not with the most recent IPhone update) without crashing. 1-star review for now, at least until it’s fixed. :(
