This app actually worked wonderfully until recently - now it no longer seems to work (at least not with the most recent IPhone update) without crashing. 1-star review for now, at least until it’s fixed. :(

Will not connect to Wfi. Been going on for months, when are you going to fix this problem?

With the latest iphone update it does not work anymore does not Detect the wifi

Worst App ever. Even to write a feedback it is freezing...

This doesn't have an internet connection anymore. I paid at least $40 for this product. I'm very disappointed

There’s no provided password to connect to the Wi-Fi associated with the device.

Ive had this blackhead remover for years. It’s worked the entire time. The only frustrating part is sometimes the camera lags or freezes but it fixes itself, and usually only happens if you’re using it for awhile.

The app won’t connect to the internet no matter what I do I have the iPhone 14 pro max refuse to use it anymore

The new update is absolutely horrendous!! The camera is awkward cause it’s just still!!! You can’t move it around like before!! Why mess with something that worked with no issues??? Total junk now!!! Thanks a lot!
