Absolutely love Kelly’s classes! As a new mom I don’t always have the time that I used to, to be able to get to a studio for a class. That’s where Kelly’s on demand classes have been so helpful. Not only is she a great instructor but those small movements really get my body burning. Also loved the postpartum ones for when I was first getting back into working out.

Allows you to do a free trial and then does not let you cancel. Impossible to figure out how to cancel the free trial. So therefore you are automatically charged for the subscription after free trial is up. What a business model.

Kelly’s workouts are the only ones I’ve found that are actually challenging, full body, and incredibly efficient (45 minutes). Not to mention, you also see incredible results! It is a unicorn workout class and I’m completely obsessed!!

Love Kelly’s workouts! They also push me to my limits and I feel the gains from a single workout days later. Her pacing, cues, music and coaching make her workouts exceptional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something super effective but low impact. Can’t recommend enough!

The only workout (and I have tried them ALL) that has delivered real, long lasting results for me. Kelly's verbal cues and form instructions are so on point she might as well be in the room adjusting you and her combination of exercises always deliver a serious burn no matter how much time you have. Time Under Tension has now replaced all of my other subscriptions and in person workouts. That's how good she is.

The most effective virtual workout you could ever do!!! Kelly has sooo many customized workouts ranging from 10mins-50mins+! Which I love - especially if you WFH and want to squeeze a mini workout between meetings. She holds you accountable and plus she has bomb music and really gives you that energy you want out of an instructor. So happy to have found her! Highly recommend to anyone whether you are a beginner or advanced.
