Timeero GPS Time Tracking

Every time I use this app I see more and more that can be done with it. Whenever I’m jammed up I click the support button, Katelyn, Jessica, or one of the other awesome staff members gets right on my issue and gets it squared away. This is how you do it. Just great service, solid app, and reasonable cost!!

As a new user, Timeero has made tracking a breeze. It’s incredibly easy to track employee hours, mileage, and locations, all from one app. The app gives me peace of mind about my team’s time and travel. The setup was quick and simple, and the app is user-friendly, even for someone just getting started. Shout out to the customer support team. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to help me with any questions or issues I have.

Trial subscription was great but once that ends the deception begins. Administrator is charged a monthly fee to access website. What started as $8 per month jumped to $40 per month. However you have to prepay for a year and even if you change your mind an hour after signing up, no refunds. Buyer beware. Read all the fine print.

Very happy with this app. after using it for years. And it continues grow. The customer service / tech support is also excellent which is invaluable when working with large teams. Highly recommend.

As an employee forced to used this app it feels like complete micromanagement. Want your employees to hate you? Switch to this app.

The app is good for tracking your time, but not for approving the hours of your team members. If there was more functionality for a manager using the app, this would be perfect!

Love the app , less paperwork for us for counting mileage. Recommended for all mobile or office employees.

Timeero, the app itself & their customer service overall is great! 4.5 stars in its current state, rated this as these quality of life updates will streamline some time spent Reporting wise on the backend. Far as gps tracking & including time tracking, this is one of the best combos out there. (Primarily what we utilize Timeero for) I’ve primarily worked with Katelyn H. & a few others here & there for any company/back end needs. Katelyn has been patient, receptive, listens to understand vs just reply. Is professional & has provided great customer service in the few short weeks we’ve been customers. We’re very grateful for Timeero & Katelyn’s services. Helping us track, meet & exceed expectations when working with our in-field reps needs. Love their ideas & feedback portal / roadmap.
