Not optimised for mobile businesses

With the online booking it assumes the customers address is the booking address and selects it for booking address in reminder notifications. For several years I’ve been informed this is being sorted. All it needs is instead of “ADDRESS” which customers assume to be home address, “APPOINTMENT ADDRESS “ or the ability for businesses to select the type of address required. I accept I’m not the target industry but this is important to any mobile business.

Latest app version can’t go to desktop view - annoying when wanting to look at reports or stock etc
