They’re based in the UK. They do not offer all of the features to US customers.

Booking software VERY DATED

For the online booking it is very dated. My customers made comments about it often and it was very embarrassing. We loved the app but needed the online booking section to be more updated and because of that we looked elsewhere. For the amount of money they charge their customers deserve a better and updated platform.

I’ve tried to cancel this app. They don’t make it easy.

Glichy integrations & inaccurate reports

Save your money. It is a nightmare to pull an accurate report. Square integration is glichy, does not show paid appointments have to go back and reenter manually.

I absolutely love timely

I’ve been using timely for 3 years and I am really happy with it. The software is complete as far as it goes to all the features that is required for booking and receiving payments. All the reports and clients profile are wonderful. Thank you and I will never go back as long as they keep it up and improving.

Love it

I’ve been using Timely for a couple years now. I haven’t had any problems. I can book appointments from the app on my phone or on my computer. It’s easy to reschedule an appointment. I like to keep notes on each client, so this allows me to do that. I love that I can add photos of clients as well. I highly recommend Timely!

Best of over 12 we tested.

We did an extensive review of many, many products with an extensive criteria list. Timely ended up on top in features and usability. In fact, Timely was much, much more usable than all the other products we tested. We are very happy with Timely.

Just cancelled

Since the beginning, ive had issues with the one hour block. If a client tries to book for a certain day and time, and they out in all their info, but decide to not book and not put down their deposit, it blocks that time slot for an hour. Causing your clients to think that appointment is taken. The feature says its to “save” that appointment for them for the next hour, but theres no way to go back ... I recently had someone purposely book a bunch of fake appointments and cancelled them all, every day, couple times a day.. causing ppl to not be able to book. So for that reason, and no way of being able to stop them, or remove that feature , i must look for another site. Timely was my favorite, but that one problem made it bad. Hope it gets fixed, ill be back when it is

Please add notifications

I’d love to see notifications on my iPhone for this app. When people respond using the SMS text feature, I’d like to know right away rather than periodically having to check my desktop computer.

Quit before I could even try

So I tried to set up an account and couldn’t because it telling me my phone number was invalid. It’s a land line so I’m not sure how it’s now valid. I tried putting a 1,-, and () in it and still wouldn’t accept it. Sooooooo...... 🤷🏻‍♀️
