Tracking time is a pain. It’s also very personal, and everyone approaches it differently. However you like to track, Timery can be setup to make it as frictionless as possible. Powerful, elegant, reliable. Bravo!
Time tracking, for me, is about intentionality. Setting in my mind, the task I’m about to work on and hopefully accomplish. Timery, with all the widget options, customization of saved timers, and more, makes getting to an answer on that question much easier and faster than using the platform’s app on its own. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s made my workflow so much faster. It’s also developed by someone who cares and listens to their customers. New features arrive quickly, often the day of the OS launch. As well, the price per year feels like enough to support the development of the app without feeling like you’re being straggled by yet another yearly subscription. It’s good, get it and get to trackin’.
I have a automation that stops my timer when my focus mode turns off, but this doesn’t work as the live activity stays on the screen, so I never know if the timer is actually off or not
I’ve looked at a lot of other time trackers. This is the best.
This is my go to app to make a timer for my jobs. I also have an subscription in addition to this to Toggl Track, which is great, especially if you want to add billable hours and everything but this is my go to app to start the timer because it’s just the easiest and most user-friendly and I love the interface is beautiful so I go back-and-forth between those but if I need to do a report or something more advanced, I go to Toggl Track which I have a separate subscription for and by the way this company is a third-party company to the other Toggl Track but it works seamlessly together and I highly recommend this Timery subscription because it’s awesome but if you’re using this for your business and you want to do reports and billable hours and then definitely subscribe to the Toggl Track in addition to this. So basically, this app syncs everything with Toggl Track. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars for Timery
I am so tired of mediocre apps being $10 every month and this app is only a dollar and better than probably 90% of every other app.
Updating my review. I’ve loved using this app but have recently had a lot of trouble with the watch app complication being removed for unknown reasons. It’s the only app complication that goes missing. When I’m trying to not use my phone on-site at a job, the whole reason I bought my watch, I have to fiddle with my watch and re-add the complication. I sent an email to the dev. I follow him on Twitter, I see him talking about random things and about his app. He seems very responsive. Except to my support request, it has been ignored and not responded to. For the watch app to be the only one not working out of all my apps, it’s very frustrating. It’s worse when the dev doesn’t ignores things. So if you’re buying this for the watch, you might reconsider.
I can’t imagine using toggl without this app! I use it for personal productivity tracking, and it works great. Love the widget and the “start at last stop time” feature.
As a small business owner I am often working on 5-8 different projects in a day. Answering an email for 15 minutes, getting started on another project then taking a surprise phone call about yet another job. My clients and I need to have that time tracked accurately and I need to be able to switch back and forth without losing my mind scrolling through drop down menus and typing inputs. The one-button push to start or stop on a list of "favorites" (my current projects) is exactly what I was looking for. Its also easy to add a time entry after the fact- like when that phone call with the engineer I didn't start timing ends up being half an hour instead of two minutes. I can only make two complaints about it- one is that you need toggl as a base for it to work off. I really wish I didn't need it also as it promises to have the features of timery and has a useless app that does none of this. Lastly an internet connection is needed for it to work and I wish that were not the case. This will be an issue on some jobsites. Thanks to the developer for making the seamless tracker that works intuitively. It's been two weeks and it's already become an integral part of my workflow that I can rely on. Time tracking used to cause me grief if I had to do more than start and stop once a day and now it's nearly effortless. When I need to collect the data I still have to go through toggl which Im not excited about- again because the app is not only terrible it works differently than the desktop application. I only wish there was a one stop shop here but I understand that's probably not possible for a one man dev team. Thank you for this most excellent app!
