App ngày càng dở
Ngày càng nhồi nhiều tính năng vào làm cho app nặng, crash liên tục. Hoặc là Dev viết thêm 1 app lite cho đơn giản
Giao diện hiện đại, tiện dụng, cải thiện xíu để phù hợp với hành vi quét mã QR
Các chức năng đơn giản, dễ dùng, giao diện đẹp. Nhưng có 1 điểm cần cải thiện: Không nên hiện popup hỏi lưu thông tin STK vừa mới chuyển khoảng, mỗi ngày quẹt chục cái mã QR là phải bấm cả chục lần tắt cái popup đó, không phải STK chuyển khoảng nào cũng cần được lưu lại.

Timo ứng dụng hay nhất mà mình từng dùng miễn phí tất cả có tính năng rút tiền ở atm bất kỳ nghân hàng nào. Nên người nhà hưởng trợ cấp mình rút lúc nào cũng dc không phải ra nghân hàng loằng ngoằng
Thường xuyên lỗi giao dịch
1. Chuyển khoản từ ví điện tử sang Timo hay bị treo tiền, phải mất 2-3 ngày để giải quyết. 2. Tần suất sập của app Timo cũng cao hơn so với các ngân hàng khác. 3. Tổng đài trực điện thoại thiếu người, thường xuyên phải đợi hoẵ thậm chí là không có tổng đài viên
