The app is ok, but would still like to see these improvements: Ability to import settings from another account. This is particularly important when changing email address, as a new email necessitates a new account which has no data or settings from your previous account. Show the actual watch you have rather than a generic watch model. Would expect this can be determined from the serial number. Show battery percentage Show if watch is receiving enough light to charge - I.e. show its status as ‘charging’ and estimated time till fully charged. Options to name alarms eg “gym”, “college rehearsal” etc. Alarm names to appear (abbreviated as necessary) on watch. Options to sort by alarm name or the order in which the alarms will go off

My new t touch has locked itself and now it won’t pair with the app. Which means I can’t change the time or even check the date. The watch has become unusable.

Really happy with the watch exactly what I wanted. Has the features I wanted like alarm, count down timer and barometer without all the stuff I already have on my phone and don’t need on my wrist. I had no trouble pairing it with my phone. Also no issues with the watch repairing with my iPhone when I come back in range after being away from it. The battery life is fantastic and one of the reasons I went with this watch as the idea of having to charge a Watch every night left me cold. As others have said being able to choose what sort of notifications you get is the only improvement I can think of.

A beautiful watch but will not pair. Shame really

Love the watch and the application is largely good with features that reflect the minimalist (but solid) feature set of the watch (a beautiful watch at that). Really would benefit from being able to filter app notifications for the watch, rather than all or nothing.

Awesome watch and awesome app. However please update the app to select which app notifications to receive to the watch. So we can select specific apps.

Will not pair, gives immediate on pairing notification,. Keeps asking to download and launch application which I have done multiple times. Restarted phone restarted watch restarted app. I have contacted the customer service and they are as useless. Now in the process of seeking legal action I refuse out of principle to let this company take my money and laugh at me!

I switched from iPhone X to iPhone 13 mini and application doesn’t start now. Can you please look into it
