Really happy with the watch exactly what I wanted. Has the features I wanted like alarm, count down timer and barometer without all the stuff I already have on my phone and don’t need on my wrist. I had no trouble pairing it with my phone. Also no issues with the watch repairing with my iPhone when I come back in range after being away from it. The battery life is fantastic and one of the reasons I went with this watch as the idea of having to charge a Watch every night left me cold. As others have said being able to choose what sort of notifications you get is the only improvement I can think of.

A beautiful watch but will not pair. Shame really

Love the watch and the application is largely good with features that reflect the minimalist (but solid) feature set of the watch (a beautiful watch at that). Really would benefit from being able to filter app notifications for the watch, rather than all or nothing.

Awesome watch and awesome app. However please update the app to select which app notifications to receive to the watch. So we can select specific apps.

Will not pair, gives immediate on pairing notification,. Keeps asking to download and launch application which I have done multiple times. Restarted phone restarted watch restarted app. I have contacted the customer service and they are as useless. Now in the process of seeking legal action I refuse out of principle to let this company take my money and laugh at me!

I switched from iPhone X to iPhone 13 mini and application doesn’t start now. Can you please look into it

I bought two solar connects, different models but the app will only let you connect one watch. It’s near impossible to get the watch to work unless you pair it to something. Opening multiple accounts didn’t work and when you unpair a watch from the phone it resets the watch and it won’t won’t work. Unpairing, resetting it’s all a nightmare.

I was looking forward to this watch for a long time. The app is neat and had no issues connecting the phone to the watch, though I had to update the firmware twice.

The new update fixed my pairing problems, I had to do the firmware update twice but it worked the second time, now just have to work out the functionality. Thanks

Setting this up the first time required me to allow an additional Bluetooth/connectivity setting under the iPhone settings app for the Tissot app (not just the iPhone Bluetooth settings). This really should be made clear in the instructions for use. Aside from that it works very well and makes setting up the watch easy from then on. You need to use the app to set up multiple time zone options, which you can then choose via the app or directly on the watch. Most other features can also be set up directly on the watch but the app remains handy to quickly set alarms and timers plus review ‘steps’ and hiking activity or recorded multiple lap times etc. I think it also synchronises the time at intervals to fine tune the accuracy (most quartz watches accuracy varies by a few seconds per week).
