Tixr - Event Tickets

Read the many other reviews here. I am having all the same log in frustrations everyone else is and a few others on top. I loathe this app with every fiber of my being. I want to poke it in its eye. I spent so many hours trying to get access to my very expensive tickets. I finally had to drive across town to visit the venue a day in advance and beg them to look me up by name. Thankfully, the venue was cool. They added that so many people were having issues and that they would never use Tixr again. Ima try to let it go but, dang it! That was so frustrating.

Login won’t work, like why you got this app. Invest some of that PE money in engineering yall

Crooks stole my funds !!!

I’m unable to sign in because an authentication request is supposed to be sent to my email address but one never makes its way to any of the boxes or filters.

I haven’t even gone to my convention yet and I checked my app the day before and the tickets were no longer showing. I had two tickets and there was nothing they were both gone. Luckily I had screenshots from the emails that they sent me of the tickets but still they’re just gone

If someone asked me to show them an app that has absolutely horrific UX, I would show them this app. Just a mess all around. Get in another line of work.

Does not verify new accounts, refuses to log me in. Absolutely horrid platform with grade-school engineering

Awful app. Constantly freezes. Don’t waste your time

Honestly, saw the low rating but this is the company my event has its tickets through so went ahead and downloaded the app. Took about 13 tries to get the thing to function and allow me to get my tickets to the Apple wallet. I’m def using the Apple wallet cause I don’t trust this app at all.

This app is garbage. And after you try to use it you will say the same thing. Enough said.
