Tixr - Event Tickets

I wanted to add parental ticket to my early bird BYOC tickets for Dreamhack winter. The parental tickets where not available when I got the first tickets. The solution is to buy full price tickets and then return my discounted ones. I ask them very clearly to refund the full price ticket I had to buy with the Parental ticket. Instead they refund my three early bird tickets....

Crappy company harvesting your mobile data. Won’t deliver tickets electronically without a mobile app download.

Y’all are scammer for NON OPTIONAL order protection and overly charged servise & tax fees.

I recently used Tixr to purchase my Vidcon tickets and the app made the entire process from browsing to purchasing seamless. Tixr’s design and smooth functionality ensured I could secure my tickets quickly and without any hassle.

I downloaded the app after setting up a Tixr account and purchasing concert tickets through the website. I installed the app knowing that this would be how I showed my tickets at the show. I verified my account, got email confirmation, and I can log into the website just fine. But the app won’t let me log in; it keeps telling me that I’ve input the wrong email or password. So, I changed my password via the website, verified that email, tried to log in again and…same thing. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? And judging from the app’s overall rating, mine is not a singular problem.

Totally useless for actually buying tickets. There is no way to enter CC info or choose ApplePay from within the app. With the 5 minute timer running down, I had to use the website on my iPad to enter this information. Finally got my tickets with a minute to spare. I would like my fees refunded for the trouble.

Just try resetting your password. Absolutely awful nothing works. Also won’t allow you to resell tickets when you can’t go to a show. Just an awful app to try to login to in a hurry. Ticketmaster is rough but tixr is worse.

I singed up on app, then it said I will have to verify my email. I then went and verified my email, finally went to sign back in like it instructed me to do and it said either my User ID or password was not valid. 😡Fix this nonesense. I will not be buying tickets through this company again till I see some fixes.

Go to checkout and there is no way to pay.
