TMC Alarm +

We have had this alarm company for about 5 years. We have had no problems at all, and find them to be on top of everything. So easy to use. Recommend them highly.

The app was reinstalled many times, Several times TMC was sending something remotely - nothing helps. The app is regularly quitting, and only re-opening the app allows its operation.

I got the upgrade and app a couple months ago and absolutely love it. I can use it from anywhere. It’s so easy to use.

It cannot connect to Alexa. We cannot use it form home automation

Great company to deal with. Customer service is amazing. As soon as power goes out, a calm in seconds.

Verry good working alarm system. Easier to use then the Rogers one.

All sensors are showing as doors. This needs to get fixed.

Facial recognition does not work, and the app does not save a password in the iPhone keychain so each sign-in requires manually entering a password

me dashboard 3 buttons (Stay, Away, Night) will be disappeared from time to time, I have to restart the iPhone to get the Home Screen buttons back. This is very annoying. Other than that, the app is helpful. I am hopping this issue could be resolved.
