We need a reliable system that assures our table time every night. TOCK does it right.

Please fire the developer of the App and hire someone more capable!

I have used TOCK several times for different venues! It so easy! Now if I could just get a table when the restaurant is full, then it will be perfect!

This app is beyond horrible. It’s ancient old technology. Try setting a reservation and it just defaults back to the current date. Every other reservation system is accurate and easy to use, especially compared to this mess.

I’ve been hoping for years that the map feature would let you search different neighborhoods and select dining options but almost everytime you take the map somewhere else and click on a restaurant to check their availability the app just brings you back to where you are located and shows the nearest restaurant. Extremely frustrating.

Haven’t tried the app fully yet but the star function isn’t working to save a business I’m looking at for a birthday party. Please fix

Convenient way to book a reservation . User-friendly and highly recommend Tock .

I booked a restaurant (Sushi Yugen NYC)and paid $100 for the reservation and when I arrived the store today, the store is closed and I cannot reach out the restaurant. And there is no selection on the Tock App that I could get my deposit back. FIX IT.

I can’t believe that quality restaurants would choose such a poorly designed and maintained app. It doesn’t even allow you to save favorite restaurants, no matter how often you click the star.

Love this app because it’s easy to make reservation. No more waiting in line definitely have to give this app to thumbs up worth every penny thank you talk for making easy reservation for the customers.
