Perfect app

Easy to use

App doesn’t work

The app won’t open. I get an error when I try to open it. It says, “Something went wrong. Please try again after few minutes.” Could you fix this, please? Thank you!

Cannot sign in

Not able to sign in. When I try to sign in, I get a message ‘access denied’. I am on iphone 11 promax.

Crash with the app - expanding map crashes app

Hello. There is an to reproduce crash with the current (version 1.2.4) of the TOEFL Official app. I originally found this in November. I sent an email in, and received an automated response that wasn’t related to the original message. I also posted this on Twitter using my Twitter account of @RandomiOSBugs. The app crashes if the user selects a map and then presses the map expansion option. I continually get this crash with an iPhone 8 running iOS 13.4.1

Great app!

Good to be able to learn about the test, prepare for the TOEFL test, find seats and dates on the go. Integration with map and getting notifications before the test and when scores are available is very convenient. Great job ETS for making it easy for us.
