It gives an error when connected with wifi or cellular data, and when you turn off the internet, the application is logged. my regards to the developers, great job

Its written this version is out of date and trying to load new version of it- which is ios13 needed and actually ı have no. So why can ı not go on with my older- already existing version? Must ı buy a new phone for connection..
Fix the app please
I cannot sign in using my username and password. Gives me this error that my password or username is wrong. Could you please fix this?
