Sering menyelesaikan survey namun muncul notif ada kesalahan sehingga poin tidak diberikan padahal sudah menghabiskan waktu banyak sampai hampir satu jam 😅 komplain ke pusat bantuan juga tidak ada respon padahal ada bukti screenshotnya.

hampir 4 bulan main ini, udah dapet 40 ribu menurutku lumayan lah buat ngisi waktu luang juga. yang pada komen jelek harus lebih sabar, soalnya survey emang nggak selalu ada dan kalo ngga sesuai kriteria emang bakalan keluar dari surveynya. thankyou toluna💘

Liat d google ktanya app nya bagus, real ngasih bayaran. Tpi buat gua aplikasi ini penipuan. Nungguin buat ada survei nya lama, pas udah ada survei malah kdang ga bisa diakses atau disetengah jalan tiba2 gangguan. Buang2 waktu dan kuota🙄😐

sudah banyak survey hingga poin banyak, besoknya mau login lagi tp email dan kata sandi tidak ditemukan. padahal email dan kata sandi sudah disimpan juga, rugi yg ada

Jarang dapat survey. Sekalinya dapat, sudah jawab banyak pertanyaan, dibilang no match. At least kalau sudah minta banyak jawaban gitu, jangan kasih point nol. Not fair at all!
